Piers Lane, the renowned London based Australian pianist, will be making a welcome return to play for the Amigos on September 29th. and October 1st. On the 29th. he will play pieces by Mozart, Beethoven and Chopin and on October 1st. Piers will play a very varied program by Scarlatti, Bach, Brahms, Schubert, Chopin and Schultz-Evier

Amigos Concerts at Os Agostos begin at 7.00pm sharp. Doors open at 6.00pm and wine, fruit juices and canapés are served from 6.30pm. Entry donation is €25 for guests and non-members. For concert bookings please send an e-mail to reservasconcertos@gmail.com or call Cristina at 914797980.

 

The AMIGOS is an international group of around 90 members who stage musical activities by internationally renowned musicians and also sponsor young Portuguese musicians. The AMIGOS is a non-profit organization and celebrated its twentieth anniversary in 2010.

 

Os Agostos is an impressive XVlll century country estate located above Santa Bárbara de Nexe and near Bordeira. Visit their website www.osagostos.com for more information and instructions of how to get there.

Concerts start at 7 p.m. and take place in Monte OsAgostos, located above Santa Bárbara de Nexe, near Bordeira (www.osagostos.com).

Doors will open at 6.15 pm. Wine, fruit juices and canapés will be available before the concert and during the interval.
