Dear Amigos,
CANCELLATION OF CONCERTS
This is a sad but dutiful Newsletter on Friday the 13th of March 2020.
Present circumstances in our lives made it impossible to stick to our plans. We saw no other way than to cancel the March concerts planned for Tuesday, March 24th and Thursday, March 26th, 2020.
Assemblies and meetings are ill-advised, and our beloved venue at Os Agostos would not be conduciveto keeping the recommended distance from each other, neither during the welcome reception nor in the auditorium.
In addition, Pierre-Andre Doucet, our pianist, is stuck on the West Coast of America, with little prospect of coming/flying to us in Europe and then returning to North America in time for his next commitments there.
Please be understanding, keep safe and take care of each other in these trying times.
